Saint Havoc pieces are made to order. We don't offer size exchanges or fit-based returns. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Start a request
Send a support requestwith your order number, the item, and what happened. Include clear photos for damaged or incorrect items. Don't mail anything back until we reply with instructions.
Order cancellations
Contact usas soon as you need to cancel. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund to your original payment method. Once production has started, cancellation isn't guaranteed.
Made-to-order pieces
Made-to-order items aren't eligible for refunds or size exchanges because of fit, preference, or changing your mind after production. RuneScape designs are limited to 99 total. Once those are gone, that art doesn't come back. Other drops follow their own stock and issue rules on the product page.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with clear photos so we can replace it or refund you.

Saint Havoc uses generative AI and digital tools in its creative process. Please read our Design Process Disclosure before ordering. Dissatisfaction with a disclosed creative method does not, by itself, make a made-to-order item damaged, defective, or eligible for a refund. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
